I am not only a Real Estate Agent but a Broker, I have twice the educational requirements as a Real Estate Agent as well as more legal responsiblities. The state of North Carolina holds me and fellow Brokers to a higher standard. I am college educated and I am always looking for more educational opportunities for me to become even better at what I do.
I am a REALTOR. Only real estate professionals who are members of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS (NAR) can call themselves REALTORS. All REALTORS adhere to NAR's strict Code of Ethics, which is based on professionalism and protection of the public. That's why all real estate licensees are NOT the same. The NAR is the nation's largest professional association, we provide you with among other things, Realtor.com and Realtor.org.

I am on the look-out for the latest home trends, new information about mortgage options and finance, ways to better and more effeciently work for you.
I am a non-smoker and my car is smoke free.
I am insured and so are you if you ride in my vehicle. It is important to me that I not only protect myself but I know how important it is to make sure I am protecting those who I work for.

I work on commission ONLY. I am very goal oriented, it is my job to find you a home you LOVE and that you want to buy under the terms you are comfortable with. . . I won't rest until we have successfully met your needs.

I work hard and I treat everyone I come across in this industry better than the “golden rule.” Some folks believe in the old addage "treat others the way YOU want to be treated,". . . I treat others the way THEY want to be treated. When we complete a transaction together, I want you to feel like I am the best REALTOR you have ever worked with.
